A discreet technology system designed to complement one of Lake Garda's most exceptional historic properties.
The Brief
The hotel required a complete upgrade of its legacy music system, originally operated through brass push‑button keypads. The new solution needed to offer modern audio distribution, system monitoring and remote support—without changing the guest‑facing controls.
The Challenge
Maintain the iconic in‑room keypads as the exclusive control method while replacing the entire back-end with current‑generation technology.
The Solution
We developed a bespoke PCB that allowed new push‑button mechanisms to be fitted inside the original brass keypad housings. This custom engineering created a refined interface that communicates flawlessly with the updated Crestron processing and multi‑room audio infrastructure.
The Result
The hotel now enjoys a fully modernised music system that respects its interior design heritage. The guest experience remains beautifully simple, while the backend delivers advanced functionality, robust monitoring and long‑term reliability.
