To create an office environment with the warmth and aesthetic of a private home. All technology in key rooms, including music systems, video conferencing, lighting, and shading — needed to be completely concealed to preserve the building’s heritage character.

Across five floors of a Grade II listed property, every space had operational demands that relied on technology. The systems had to be intuitive, reliable, and seamlessly integrated into the interior architecture designed by Olivia Outred, without compromising the building’s historic fabric.

Working closely with the interior design team, we selected in‑room products that visually disappear, ensuring each space retained its residential feel while quietly delivering high‑performance functionality. Every element was chosen to blend into the architecture, allowing the technology to support the office without ever dominating it.
